I feel the Thule WingBar Evo roof rack is the best option for your 2024 Toyota RAV4 with the factory raised roof rails. For this you will need the Crossbars # TH711420 and Feet # TH710401. I prefer these crossbars as they have the 2 piece upper channel seal so there is no removal and trimming required like with other manufacturers. The aero design of the bars also help to reduce wind noise while driving.
I recommend using the Lock Set # TH450800 to secure the rack to your roof and this will also allow you to add locks to Thule accessories like the Bike # TH598004 and Kayak # TH898 carriers.
