Recommended Roof Rack w/ Extended Crossbars for a 2024 Toyota RAV4 w/ Flush Rails Using a Hulavator

Hey Lark, welcome back. To attach a roof rack to your 2024 Toyota RAV4's flush rails, and have enough clearance for the lift-assist function to operate on the Thule Hullavator item # TH898, you will need the following parts:

53" Long Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars item # TH711420 in black or item # TH711400 in silver. These are 3" longer than the recommended size for your RAV4. You may need to adjust them a little bit off center. The next size up for the Wingbar EVO's is 60" which won't work.

Evo Fixpoint Feet for Thule Evo Crossbars item # TH49SC

Fit Kit for Thule Evo Fixpoint and Edge Fixpoint Roof Rack Feet item # TH78RE

This setup will give you an exceptionally quiet, easy-to-use, and durable roof rack for your RAV4 so you can use the Hullavator. I highly recommend adding locks for both the rack and Hullavator to help protect your investments. You can get locks that all use the say key with the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders item # TH450600.

Thank you, Jerred! I've got a Wilderness Tsunami - I'm getting tired of lifting it onto the roof, so I'm ready for an upgrade to my setup.

@Lark You're welcome! That's a big kayak! I'd be sick of lifting that onto my roof too. The Thule Hullavator item # TH898 is going to make that process a whole lot easier!
