Yes, the Yakima universal mighty mount part # Y03590 will fit on the crossbar dimensions of the Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack # MPG215.

Since you have the older version of the Yakima Big PowderHound (3046) you need the Universal MightyMounts #Y03590 for it to be compatible with your Rola Sport Series Roof Rack 59757. I confirmed this with my contact at Yakima.
