Recommended Swivel Jack For Trailer Tongue With Caster Wheel And Footplate

Question:

I need a side tongue jack that flips up and has both wheel and flat skid....help on with removable pin. Because this tent trailer has tangs welded on to the front side rails for rods that hold up bed, I don't have much room for the side mount. It has a weak crank-up in the V near the receiver and I want to switch it to side mount like I have had on other small campers. In order to do this, I need to take off the tongue wheel when traveling.

For your swivel jack, I recommend the Bulldog Round, Snap-Ring Swivel Jack - Bolt On - Topwind - 10" Lift - 2,000 lbs # BD151443. This will give you the ability to use a caster wheel like # BD500245. For a footplate you can use # BD018564. These are able to be removed with a simple pin when not in use.
