The Ramp Door Hinge # PLR1902 that you referenced does not come with 2 of the plates for welding. You will weld the plate to one surface and the outside ends of the pin to the other for installation.
For a hinge that has 2 of the plates you would want the Polar Butt Hinge # PLR1005.

Expert Reply by Jong G make reference to the need for butt plates, and the alternative hinge that comes with the plates. But, he failed to recognized this suggestion points to an aluminum hinge, when the original question originated from a steel hinge. Expert, huhh.
