Features to know about
Stable Handling on Every Mile: Frame-Mounted Tie-Downs
Mounted directly to the frame, these front tie-downs keep your camper steady even when the road gets rough. By securing to the strongest part of your truck, they spread the camper’s weight evenly and lower its center of gravity. That means less sway from crosswinds and more predictable handling—your truck drives like it should, even with a camper loaded up.
Install Without Drilling: Custom-Fit Design
These tie-downs bolt onto pre-existing holes in the frame, so setup takes less time and doesn’t require cutting or drilling. The fit is completely custom, ensuring the brackets sit tight to the frame with minimal loss of ground clearance. It’s a simple, bolt-on solution that keeps your truck strong and ready for the next haul.
Clean Look When Not in Use: Removable Arms
When you’re done traveling, pull out the tie-down arms and the brackets stay tucked under the vehicle, nearly invisible. No bulky hardware hanging off the sides or spoiling the look of your truck—just a clean finish until you’re ready to load up again.
Built Tough: Black Powder Coated Steel
Made from heavy-duty steel and finished with a black powder coat, these tie-downs resist corrosion and stand up to years of weather and road grime. The durable finish holds up through long trips and rough conditions, keeping your setup looking sharp and performing strong.
Secure Connection Made Simple: Adjustable Anchor Points
Each arm includes two pin holes so you can choose how far it extends for a solid connection that clears your sidewalls and fenders. Two anchor holes let you adjust your angle for turnbuckles (sold separately) to keep tension right where it needs to be. The result is a tight hold that keeps your camper from shifting while you’re on the move.

Have not actually used them yet, but they are sturdy and well positioned, and the installation was fairly easy, although I had to grind a very small (less than 1/8') off the bottom of the passenger side plate that goes inside the frame in order to get both bolts in. I don't have a camper yet, but may get the rear tie-downs, depending on size and weight of what I get. Will use bumper brackets for now. I did not think the bed mount type of tie-down would be enough for anything but a very light camper, and the through the bed into the frame type didn't appeal to me much. Not having to drill any holes was a plus, although I would have done it if necessary to get the strength I wanted. Although these tie-downs mount in a somewhat unusual way, I think they will be very functional, strong, and convenient. 809563

Worked great and easy to install. True USA steel as I had to do an alteration and the steel was extremely hard to work compared to Chinese steel. 3433390

Best product for overhead camper tie-downs period. Instructions could use a little more detail and/clearer picture, but installation was relatively easy and only took approx. 2hrs to install. Much more secure than bed/bumper or stake pocket type tie downs. 1214353

Those tie downs kick butt. I put them on my chevy Silverado 2500 and put in my 8-foot slide in camper. Then I took it over some very extreme conditions to go moose hunting in northern Manitoba. Despite all that was thrown at my truck the camper didn’t budge . I would recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing them.

Great tie downs never had any problems keeping my truck camper secure. The instructions that came with them were not very good it took me several tries to get them oriented correctly. I wish they had clearer pictures in their instructions. The ones provided were blurry and not clear. 811795

End result was great. The existing bolts that have to be removed to mount each support arm can be quite rusty. I recommend hosing them down with penetration fluid and waiting 24 hours until trying to remove. Clever "drilless" mounting scheme. Will work very well. 1008953

For your 2004 GMC Sierra 2500HD we have the Draw Tite part # 41944 which is a Class V confirmed as a fit for your truck once you remove the factory hitch. This will also work with your front Torklift tie down # TLC2205 but you'll need to go with a new rear tie down part # TLC3205.
For a 4-way you can install inline with your 7-way we have the part # C55384 which will work great. This 4-way is 36 inches long so you would probably not need an extension. view full answer...

We do carry Torklift brand tie downs for your 2004 Chevy Silverado that attach to the truck frame but I would need more info from you to pick them out. What is your bed length? Do you have running boards? Factory hitch? view full answer...
There are TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs that will work with the Curt Trailer Hitch # C15703 for your 2006 Chevy Silverado 2500HD but it is different than the one you referenced.
The tie-downs that fit an '06 Silverado 2500HD with a 6-1/2 foot bed and aftermarket hitch do require the hitch to have a side plate with a 4" x 4" footprint, and as you can see by the accompanying photo of the measurements of Curt Hitch # C15703, it does meet those requirements.
In regards to the tie-downs that... view full answer...
If the tube step on your 2006 Chevy Silverado 2500 short bed is only under the cab of the truck and no part of it is attached beyond the back of the cab then you would look at the tie downs for models without a board or step under the truck bed and with a non-TorkLift aftermarket hitch.
For the front you could then use # TLC2205. For the rear, # TLR3501. The rear tie downs will only work on aftermarket hitches that have side plates with at least a 4" x 4" footprint which seems to be what... view full answer...
Thanks for the photo it was really helpful and based on that, you do have the OEM hitch for your 2003 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. The hitch is unique in that it has the same open-end on the tubes, the same brackets, and same chain loops, which are all distinct to the factory hitch. So for your '03 Silverado 2500HD with a 6-1/2 foot bed, cab-length boards, and factory hitch the tie-downs you need are the following:
- Front: TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs # TLC2205
- Rear: TorkLift... view full answer...

The distinction you're referring to is about whether or not your Silverado has running boards or steps that sit under the bed and could block the fitment of a frame mounted camper tie-down. The hitch stipulation is in place because some people will install a TorkLift SuperHitch and they offer tie-downs that can be easily bolted to it instead of mounting separately to the frame.

Your 2010 GMC Sierra 2500 Crew Cab seems to have standard running boards under the cab that do not extend under the truck bed. For that, you would use the fitguide option for the one without the step underneath the bed.
For this option, HappiJac is not available, so TorkLift is the way to go. I recommend the TorkLift Front and Rear Custom Tie Downs for your vehicle, part # TLC2205 and part # TLC3209. No drilling is required for these as they mount to the specific attachment points of your... view full answer...
