For a similar style door latch to what is currently on your trailer, I recommend looking at the Polar Cam-Action Lockable Door Latch Kit # 383200. This steel cam-action door latch with 1 inch wide hasp can be installed flush on doors with 3/4 inch offset. This is a simple bolt-on installation. Keep in mind that the required 3/4 inch standard pipe and hardware are not included but can be easily obtained locally.
