Y02445 What is the distance between the hitch pin center and the rack when folded up? This information is usually on the product page but is missing for this item

When the Yakima HoldUp 2 Bike Rack # Y02445 referenced in your question is folded up, there will be a distance of 7 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest part of the rack. When folded down, this distance will be 12 inches.
This is a very nice bike rack that works with 1-1/4 inch, Class II trailer hitches and can hold up to 2 bikes at 60 pounds each. The rack can also be tilted away for easy rear cargo access on your vehicle and both a hitch lock and bike lock are included.
