What Size Screws are Used for Camco Auto Changeover 2-Stage Propane Regulator CAM59005

Question:

Does this come with the mounting screws to attach regulator to mounting plate, or if not what size do I need.

Camco Automatic Changeover 2-Stage Propane Regulator for Dual Propane Tanks Item # CAM59005 has 4 mounting holes on the underside that are 0.12 inches in diameter. However, the mounting instructions state to drill 3/16 inch holes (if holes need to be drilled) where the regulator will be mounted. Considering that a threaded hole is difficult to measure 3/16 inches would be appropriate. The holes also have a depth of just under 1 inch.
