I want to use the existing plug on the back bumper. Is there an extension cord took go from trailer to bumper?

The Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Wiring Harness 7-Pole item # C56000 allows you to use your bumper 7-way and also adds a second 7-way in your truck bed for convenience. This gives you two working 7-way connections.
If you want to connect your 5th wheel or gooseneck trailer to your rear bumper connection, you can use the 7-Way Connector 7' Loop # 20027 for the non-permanent wire extension.
