Replacement Rotor With Hub For 2008 Tahoe Boat Trailer Q5SA

Question:
I have a 2008 tahoe boat trailer, trailer type is Q5SA - I need the rotor and the hub assembly and cant find the parts anywhere

We have many different options, but unfortunately I can't tell by the photo what bearings you need for that spindle. I'll need you to help me with inner and outer bearing numbers (which are printed on the face of the bearings) or I'll need you to measure the spindle with a digital caliper like # PTW80157 at the bearing and seal locations. I've attached a photo to assist.

same as mine... can't find the hub and bearing kits anywhere. it is 5 on 4.5" hub on straight spindle with parallel bearings that are 1 3/8". the max load capacity for the trailer is 3305 lbs.
