Question:

Measuring from the center of the pin on my 2" receiver, I need to come out 14" to get passed the spare and up 6" to get the trailer level. Got anything like that?

For your 2006 Jeep Liberty Renegade, I recommend using the Convert-A-Ball Pintle Hook Combo with 3 Stainless Steel Balls - Bolt On - 25,000 lbs # PH1. This will give you all 3 of the hitch ball sizes and also give you the pintle hook option. For the mounting plate and shank to have the clearance for the spare tire and the rise you need, I recommend the B&W Pintle Hook Mounting Plate for 2" Hitches - 15" Shank - 14 Hole - 16,000 lbs # BWPMHD14005.

These rated capacities are far greater than your needs, but the adjustability will allow you all the functionality you are seeking.

We don't have a pintle hook mount that will give you more clearance and adjustment than the mount I already recommended. The B&W Pintle Hook Mounting Plate for 2" Hitches - 15" Shank - 14 Hole - 16,000 lbs # BWPMHD14005, however can be used with an extension if you like as long as the towing capacity is a fit with your system. I recommend the Roadmaster Anti-Rattle Hitch Extender for Tow Bars - 2" Hitches - 7-3/4" Extension # RM-071-1075 to give you the additional clearance you need.
