Hey Aaron, welcome back! The Shocker Hitch Gooseneck Coupler w/ Shift Lock item # SHK34SR has four adjustment holes placed 2-3/4" apart. The lowest one is 11" from the very bottom of the coupler. The top hole is 19-1/4" from the bottom of the coupler.

The Gooseneck Coupler w/ Shift Lock item # SHK34SR works with 3" hitch balls and has a massive 40,000 lbs capacity. This is a 4? square stem that has 3/4? diameter mounting holes. It has the dual-latching Shift Lock mechanism that captures the ball on both sides for a tight secure grip.

Please note that the Gooseneck Coupler w/ Shift Lock item # SHK34SR is designed to work with straight safety pin holes only.

@AaronM That is a big trailer! The Gooseneck Coupler item # SHK34SR will definitely work with your 40k Horizon HYZ. It's got the some specs and mounting bolt pattern of the item # SHK38YR, which Shocker lists as a replacement for your 40k Horizon HYZ stock coupler.

That's a good one but the price with shipping is alot. If the other one will work I'd rather go that route. I gotta compare the holes heights and see if that will help my leveling situation.

@AaronM Yeah, I do agree. That's the top of the line one Shocker offers. Let me know if you have any more questions when you get those measurements.
