Question:

Looking for a method to lock the trailer hitch on my 1993 Jayco 3000FK. The hitch is an old A-frame model that is a minimum of 4 1/2 inches wide at the ball receiver and has an outer lip of nearly an inch. What can you recommend?

Fastway Universal Trailer Coupler Lock # FA86-0015-316 is compatible with couplers up to 4-1/2-inches wide and it will fit most 1-7/8-, 2- and 2-5/16-inch ball couplers. The lock comes with 2 tube-type keys. If your coupler is 4-1/2-inches wide without including the 1-inch lip then this will not fit. You can see the compatible coupler types by scrolling down on this item's page; there are photos that show it in use on many styles.
