Question:
My current hub bearing numbers are LM67048 and LM1949 in 5 x4/12 .What hub should i purchase?

We have just what you need. The trailer hub part # DX22XR uses both bearing numbers you mentions of LM67048 and LM11949 and has a bolt pattern of 5 on 4-1/2 inch so it would be a perfect fit.
