According to our contact at Wesbar, the Wraparound LED Tail Light - Passenger # 271594 and Driver # 271595 referenced in your question are sealed tail lights and they do not have replacement lenses available.
If the lens or unit is damaged on your trailer, the entire light will need to be replaced.
