Question:
Installed eTrailer hitch and wiring kit on 2016 Hyundai SanteFe, but trailer lights dont work. No signal detected at harness plugin point or 4 pin plug using continuity light. Fuses on car and trailer kit are good, see pictures. Anything else I need to do to make em work? Car lights work fine.

You will want to start off by making sure that the fuse under the hood on your 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe is still okay. It is a 30 Amp fuse that is on the bottom left section of the fuse panel that is under your hood. You can find the exact location labeled TRAILER in the picture of the fuse panel that I found online.
Since you have already tested the 4-Pole connector at the end of the Hopkins Plug-In Simple Wiring Harness # HM11143965 and you are not receiving any signals what I recommend doing is testing the pins on the 2 connectors that were originally on your 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe to see if there is any power that is actually getting to the Hopkins wiring kit. If you are getting a signal then you will want to make sure the connectors are clean and if they are then you will most likely need to replace the Hopkins # HM11143965. If this is the case, you would use the Curt T-Connector Wiring Harness With 4-Pole Connector # C56332.
If you are not getting signals on those connectors, then the problem is the wiring on your Santa Fe. You can try tracing the OEM wiring to see if there are any places where it is damaged or if there is corrosion or exposed wiring, but sometimes the OEM wiring is hard to trace. If you cannot trace the wiring then you will want to take it into a dealer or local shop and have them inspect it for you.
