Which 4 point hitch should I purchase for this setup? Is it even safe to pull something like this with a F150?

The trailer weight a 2016 Ford F-150 with a 5.0 liter engine can tow ranges from 8,300 lbs to 11,000 lbs depending on rear end gear size and bed/cab length.

Basically as long as your rear end gears are 3.73 you are definitely fine, if they are 3.55 then there's a good chance but the bed length and cab style plays a big factor, and there's even a small chance if the gears are 3.31. Check out the chart I attached.

The Equalizer System part # EQ37140ET that you mentioned would be a great choice since your tongue weight would basically be between 900 and 1,350 lbs.
