will this coupler allow height adjustment up and down like other couplers?

The Convert-A-Ball Multi-Cushioned Gooseneck Trailer Coupler, part # CG, will slide up in the 4 inch inner diameter tube that is on the trailer. It can be adjusted for height by using the set screws on the gooseneck trailer tube.
