We do have some options available that are a bit longer than the Bulldog BX1 Gooseneck Coupler Inner Tube # BD1289050300.

The Bulldog BX1 Gooseneck Coupler Inner Tube # BD1289020300 has the same diameter and hitch ball spec and it has an overall length of 28.5" which is 6.5" more than the part you were looking at. The only problem is that it is only rated for 25,000 lbs.

If you are needing the 30,000-lb weight capacity rating then you can go with the Convert-A-Ball Multi-Cushioned Gooseneck Trailer Coupler # CG which has an overall height of 25.94".

Either one is a viable option, it just depends on what weight capacity you are needing.

The B&W Defender # BWGNC4250 that you referenced measures 28-1/2 inches from the very bottom to the very top. The distance from the center of any given hole to the center of an adjacent hole is 2-3/4 inches which means from the center of the bottom hole to the center of the top hole is 11 inches. From the very bottom of the coupler to the center of the first adjustment hole is about 8 inches.
