Does 3/8 Inch Snapper Pin 38-200 have a Shear Strength Rating

Do you know the shear strength? Snapper Pin, 3/8inch x 2inch - Square Item # 38-200

Snapper pin # 38-200 is a solid 3/8 inch diameter steel rod. Even though it doesn't have a listed shear strength I was able to determine that it is likely rated for about 4,900 pounds or 74,000 psi. The higher the grade steel the higher the shear strength but the grade of steel is also not listed anywhere so it is likely a grade 2 and those are the values for a grade 2.
