Choosing a Bike Rack to Clear Spare Tire on a Toyota RAV4

Question:
I am looking at the Hollywood Bike Rack for Electric Bikes, 2-bike. I have a Toyota RAV4 with the spare tire on the back. Will this rack fit with the rear door spare tire? Also, utilizing the tilt-down function, will I be able to open my rear door with the bikes off and the rack folded and tilted ... keeping in mind that my rear door swings out, not up.

This is a simple process which will only require a tape measure and a straight edge.
