Will #EJ-3520-BBX fit a 2016 Aspen Trail , 23foot RV? Looks like the three bolts would match.

The 3 bolt mounting flange for the Electric Jack w/ Footplate # EJ-3520-BBX that you referenced is designed to fit the standard 3 bolt mounting flange that your 2016 Aspen Trailer RV has so it will fit and work well.
