It is difficult to say what exactly may have caused the ramp door on your enclosed car hauler to come out of alignment. It could be a bad hinge or something could have been damaged on the door itself with the previous owner, which over time lead to the door coming more and more out of line.
We do offer some ramp door replacement parts, such as the Polar Hardware Ramp Door Hinge # PLR1902 if you find that the hinges should be replaced. I have included a link that will take you to our available selection of trailer door parts for you to look through.
If you are able to send me a picture of the door on your trailer, I will be happy to look into this further to see if there might be a better solution.
