Yes, the Tekonsha 4-pole wiring harness kit # 118651 is a fit on the 2017 Jeep Renegade that has no factory-installed trailer wiring. This harness provides trailer lighting signals (but not brake power or auxiliary trailer power which is included in 7-way wiring). This is all you need to tow a 4-pole-equipped trailer that does not have brakes.

This harness installs mostly by plugging together mating connectors at your taillights and also requires you to route one single wire up to the battery for connection. I linked an article and video that will help you with the installation.
