Do Bolt Holes of Draw Tite Hitch 75717 Match What on Frame of 2017 Kia Sportage

Question:

Greetings! Im looking at the.Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame Receiver Hitch -for a 2016 Kia Sportage. I looked under the car and noticed the hitch intake holes are not evenly spaced. One side has them roughly 5 1/4inch apart passenger side, while the other side is roughly 4 1/4inch apart drivers side. Is this normal? Do the holes on the Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame Receiver Hitch correspond to this difference or have I got a conundrum? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Regards...
