im interesting to get a pace edward tonneau cover with their explorer rails, just want to know which cross bar yakima and / or thule will work with that cover

There is no bed-mount rack that will work with the Tonneau cover you said you are considering for your 2017 Tacoma. The installation of the Tonneau cover has rails that run on along the inside of the truck bed rails.

We have one ladder rack # TH500XT-XK4 by Thule that is designed to fit your Tacoma and the clamped feet for this ladder rack fit over the inside edge of the bed rails and the feet for the upright bars extend below the bed rails of the truck.
