I have an E2 Hitch system and the shank I have s the hitch ball about 1/2 inch. I think I need to the ball down to about 2 inches. I think the shank Im using is a Fastway FA92-02-4100. Can I use the Curt 17120 shank to get down to the 2 inch I think I need?

Yes, the Curt weight distribution shank part # 17120 is a fit with the Fastway E2 WD system part # FA92-02-4100 that you referenced. Thankfully nearly all of the weight distribution system manufacturers made their head and shank dimensions similar.

Im wondering if Curt distribution shanks are compatible with Fastway distribution hitches?
