Question:

trying to replace lug nuts on my LQ horse trailer::: 17inch aluminum rims so and original lug nuts are stamped 1/2-20::::: 48 so trying to match exact lug nut:: they are 2.5 total length::: not as concerned w/ lenth but was looking at 12 CLN-L but was concerned about 60 degree cone cause end looks little different than my original::: i can send a picture if needed:::: ty very much for ur help

The Redline Chrome Trailer Wheel Lug Nut # 12CLN-L fits 1/2 inch diameter studs with 20 threads per inch and should be a good replacement for the lugnuts on your LQ horse trailer. The 60 degree cone on the end is designed so that it fits with the 60 degree taper on the wheel. The 1-15/16 inch length of this lug nut, like you mentioned, falls short of the 2.5 inch lug nut you are replacing. If you would like to get closer to the same length, the Americana Trailer Wheel Lug Nut # AM90070 is also 1/2"-20 but is a bit longer at 2-3/32 inches.
