There are several possible stock tire sizes that could be on your 2013 Nissan Rogue. I checked the vehicle owner's manual and it states that you can use chains on 215/70-16 and 225/60-17 tire sizes.
The type of chains it recommends are cable chains, # PW2016C for 215/70-16 tires. I also recommend tensioners # PW105 to keep the cables tight and centered. We do not have cables for 225/60-17 tires but for chains that are Class S rated (meaning they require little clearance, you can use # PWSXV570.
