When looking for a trailer tire that has a higher speed rating you will want a tire with a speed rating of M. This is an 81-mph rated tire.
For a 15-inch tire I recommend the Provider ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire, part # TR225LRE. This is a Load Range E 10-ply radial tire that has a capacity of 2,830-lbs at 80 psi. This tire will fit 15" x 6", 15" x 6-1/2", and 15" x 7" wheels.
As far as the other components you mentioned you may need for your trailer, I will need to know what kind of system you currently have and would also need to know the capacity of the system you have installed. For brakes, we would need to know the axle capacity and type of brakes you want to use. I have attached a couple helpful articles that explains what is needed when replacing or adding brakes to a trailer.
