Yes, the Demco Lunette Ring - Adjustable Channel Mount - 3" Diameter - Black - 25,000 lbs, # DM09557-81 should be compatible with the Channel Style Adjustable Ballmount - 2" & 2-5/16" Balls - 14,000 lbs, # C45900 but you will be limited by the 14,000 lb capacity of the mount for towing. The Demco lunette ring has 2 inch on center holes and the Curt mount has 1 inch on center adjustability.

If you want the lockable pins, I recommend the Curt Lock Set for Adjustable Channel-Style Mounts # C23556.
