I have a youth 24inch Specialized Bike, will the Rack be too wide to mount it on there?

Expert Reply:
The arms of the Yakima Ridgeback part # Y02458 that you referenced they measure 13-1/2 inches apart measured from outside to outside. This rack typically works well with smaller bike frames but in some cases the easiest solution is to use a bike frame adapter bar like part # UB01 which attaches to the steering stem and seat post to provide a wider, level attachment point.
