The easiest way to lift a trailer's height is to install an axle over-under kit. We offer two kits, each made for a specific axle diameter. For a 2-3/8-inch diameter axle use kit # K71-384-00; for a 3-inch diameter axle instead use kit # K71-385-00. These kits will increase trailer height by close to the axle diameter; in other words kit K71-384-00 will add roughly 2-3/8-inches to the deck height while kit K71-385-00 will add about 3-inches. If one of these height increases will work then this is the way to go, both for low cost and easier installation.

If you need more height then you will have to install taller hangers, such as the kit you referenced, part # H248. You could leave the center hangers in place, and just replace the others, if you can find an equalizer with the correct height dimension to compensate for the other hangers being taller.
