can i buy just the shoes for a 12x2 dexter hydraulic brake? looks like the 7000 lb axle kits you show.

If you have Dexter Free Backing assemblies you would need part # bp04-162 for the right hand side and part # bp04-164 for the left hand side. This is the only kit we have for the 12 by 2 inch Dexter asemblies.
