Question:
I have an HBA-16,Hopkins HM20121, and Hopkins HM20059. How does the yellow wire from HBA-16 and the blue wire from the HM20121 connect with the wires from the HM 20059? Do I not use the blue wire from HM20121 since I dont have electric brakes. How do I wire the HM20059 ? It has three wires black, white, and blue.

Expert Reply:
The yellow wire from the Hydrastar # HBA16 will connect to the blue wire of the Breakaway Switch # HM20059. The blue wire from the Breakaway Box # HM20121 connects to the black wire from the switch. The white wire from the switch is strictly a ground for the LED light and should connect directly to the trailer's frame.
