How to Wire Second Axle of Trailer for Brakes
Published 12/08/2016 >
Question:
Iam putting electric brakes on the front axle of my tandem axle utility trailer. I have installed your junction box and it is properly grounded the 10-2 wire will be hooked up through the junction box now my question is when I go to put the electric brakes on the rear axle can I just jumper with 10-2 wire from the green wires on the brakes into the already existing 10-2 of the front axle?

Yes, you can jump the front axles brake output circuit to power the rear axle. Check out the picture I attached to see how most people do this.
