Replacement landing gear jack leg # LC179013 will most likely fit your 2010 Heartland Sundance trailer. Many of the jack manufacturers make landing gear jacks that are interchangeable with each other so you would need to look at the bracket stop measurements on your existing jacks.
The standard measurement used by most jacks is 17-1/2 inches from the top of the upper bracket stop to the bottom of the lower bracket stop as shown in the picture I have included.
The other thing to consider is the outer tube overall height (not the overall height of the whole jack, just the outer tube). On this replacement lead leg the outer tube is 29-1/2 inches tall.
