License Plate Installation on Thule 665C Cargo Carrier

Question:

The online manual for the Thule 665C says to refer to the LPA instructions for installing the license plate assembly. Is this a separate instruction manual included with the Thule 665C?

Instructions are included. Here is some more info on installing the license plate bracket:

The lighted license plate assembly included on the Thule Transporter hitch cargo carrier # TH665C has two screws for attachment of the rear license plate after you remove it from the rear hatch on your vehicle. The car may have 4 screws holding the plate in place. These can be re-installed in the car's plate holder (for safe keeping) once you have taken the plate off. Only the two screws included with the carrier will be needed to attach the top holes of the plate to the bracket on the Transporter. The Transporter also includes built-in pre-wired taillights with a standard four-pole flat wiring connector. To use this you would need to have a 4-way harness installed on your vehicle.
