Are the Brophy Trailer Cargo Control D-Ring Tie Downs # RR05 Zinc Plated

Are these •Zinc Plated and why dont they say that if they are ?? I just dont want them to rust. do they recomend painting ??

I spoke with my contact at CR Brophy and the Trailer D-Ring Tie Down, Recessed 5K, item # RR05, is Zinc plated to resist rust and corrosion. I also inquired about the backing plate, item # BP05, for the D-Ring tie downs and it is also Zinc plated.
