I own an Aussie Pet Mobile franchise. Grooming vans are Dodge Sprinters. I need to replace my ventline fan. Is simple manual fan, but you can direct air in, or out. All of the fan descriptions only mention expelling air out. Do any allow me to pull air in also

We do have a fan that may be just what you are looking for.

I recommend the Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan, part # FV801250. This fan is a manual lift and has a reversible 12V fan. The fan has 3 speeds to let you control the air flow and a hand-operated knob that lets you open and close the dome. This fan also has a pop-out screen for easy cleaning which could come in handy with the grooming business.

The rough opening size needed for this vent is 14-1/4 x 14-1/4 inches and it will fit roofs up to 4 inches thick. This fan uses the same size rough opening as the Ventline E-Z Lift Ventadome, part # V3094-601-00 you came from but has the reversible feature you are looking for.
