they are 7000lbs capacity, they are on a 2016 Forest River Sierra 5th wheel

Thanks for getting me that info. Based on that the correct bearing kit is the part # BK3-200 if the grease seal diameter of the spindle is 2.25 inch or part # BK3-210 if the seal diameter is instead 2.125 inch. Assuming you have self adjusting Dexter brake assemblies you need the part # K71-675 for the left hand side and part # K71-676 for the right hand side.
