The Access Lorado Roll Up Tonneau Cover, part # 834532006830 will work great with your 2016 Frontier with the Utili-Track system installed.

This cover sits only 1-inch above your truck bed and when rolled up gives you full use of the Utili-Track system in your truck bed.
