Ball Mount Kit 989900 Recommendation for 2016 Honda Pilot Touring

Question:
I have purchased all of my towing components from etrailer.com except for the ball mount and ball. I have ordered my Pilot but will not receive it for a couple weeks. Therefor I cant measure ground clearance. I dont currently have a trailer. So I cant measure the tongue height. Is this product a good choice for my car to allow versatility for future towing of utility, boat, and/or 5k camping trailer?

The etrailer.com ball mount kit part # 989900 is a great choice as it covers several different rise/drop configurations as well as coupler sizes.
One ball mount can do 3/4" rise or 2" drop and the other does 2-3/4" rise or 4" drop.
