Dexter 8-259 hub assembly replacement I see where I need to verify the bearing number to be sure I am ordering the correct hub assembly. Where do I find the bearing number?

I believe the correct replacement hub assembly for your Dexter 8-259 is the part # DX38XR for a black powder coat finish or part # 8-259-50UC1-EZ for a galvanized finish.
Both of these use a # L44649 bearing for both the inner and outer bearing locations. You can verify your current bearing number by removing your hub assembly, removing the bearings, and then looking on the inside ring for the part number (see attached photo). If you have something other than L44649 let me know and I can help you find the correct replacement.
