Yes, if you wanted to install an electric reverse lockout on the Demco actuator part # DM8102222 you would want the part # DM11993. This is confirmed to fit DA10 actuators like this. When this solenoid has power on it would prevent hydraulic pressure from building in your brake lines and assemblies.

The only thing I found on your Dexter 70-7 is the Replacement 13" Rotor for Dexter Disc Brakes #K71-631-00 which has 70-7 stamped on it. The #K71-631-00 fits 8,000 lb. Dexter disc brake kits like the #K71-646-2, #K71-646-2-91 or #K71-646-2-90.
