We have a trailer hub assembly that may work well for you. It is the CE Smith Trailer Hub Assembly, part # CE13100.
This hub is designed for 2,500-lb axles and has a 4 on 4 bolt pattern. It is threaded for the wheel bolts and not the nuts as you mentioned. This assembly comes with the bearings, races, and grease seal. The grease seal is part # 12192TB and it has a 1.249 inner diameter and 1.983 outer diameter. This assembly comes pre-packed and pre-greased with marine-grade lubricant and works great for boat trailers.
You may want to use a digital caliper like part # PTW80157 to make sure the size of your spindle can accommodate the hub assembly. I have attached a drawing that shows where you need to measure on the spindle.
