Yes, the Swagman XTC2 part # S64670 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for Class I hitches like the Curt # C11276 that you have installed on your 2010 Toyota Prius. I attached a review video for the bike rack on a similar Prius as yours as well.
Curt requires the use of their stabilizer strap part # 18050 when using their hitch to carry a non-supported load like a bike rack. I attached a review video for you to check for the strap as well.
