Question:
Loose fit between the hitch and our bike rack. Do you sell shims that may fit in to tighten up the fit?

I have the perfect solution for you. Check out the Pro Series Anti-Rattle Device for 2" x 2" Trailer Hitch Receivers # PS63091. This device inserts between the receiver and your bike rack, then tightens down with included bolt and jam nut.
If you are using a bike rack for a 1-1/4 hitch, you would use a similar product # RM-061-125.

Also, if you tell me what bike rack you have, I may have other more specific solutions for your setup that could help.
