have a Raptor 3912LEV needing a new preferably heavy duty landing gear and motor, which would be recommended for both? thanks,

Your Keystone Raptor Toy Hauler would have had Venture type landing gear on it so for a set of powered landing gear that would fit without modification you would want the Lippert part # LC333964. This has a 6k lifting strength so it would be more than enough for your trailer.
